Notification for the List of Shortlisted Contestants for the Conceptual Plan of Master Design of Global Headquarter Project of PHICOMM (Chengdu)
由四川斐讯信息技术有限公司（征集人），ABBS建筑网站（征集代理人）组织的斐讯（成都）全球总部项目总体设计概念方案全球征集活动已完成了入围单位的遴选工作。
The Calling for Conceptual Plan of Master Design of Global Headquarter Project of PHICOMM (Chengdu) organized by Sichuan PHICOMM Information Technology Co., Ltd. And co-organized by ABBS.com.cn has entered stage of evaluation to contestants.
评审专家根据择优评审细则认真评选，共评选出8家正式参赛单位。依照竞赛规则，现将正式参赛单位名单及相关情况公示如下（排名不分先后）：

四、异议受理：
IV. Objections
(一) 参赛单位或者其他利害关系人对公示名单有异议的，应当在名单公示期内（2018年5月15日24:00前）以书面原件形式向征集代理单位（ABBS建筑网站）提出，逾期或24:00未按要求提交的异议文件将不予受理。
(I) Shall any contestants and other stakeholders raise any objections to the result, the objection letter may be sent to the Organizer’s Agent (ABBS) in written form within the Public Notification period by May 15, 2018. otherwise any such objections would not be accepted and consider.
(二) 异议文件至少包括下列主要内容：
(II) The objection letter at least shall include the followings:
1. 异议单位和相关单位的名称、地址、联系人及联系电话等；
1. The name, address, contact person and telephone number of the company raising the objection and contestant in question；
2. 异议事项；
2. Details of the objection ；
3. 法律依据、事实依据、相关证明材料及证据来源；
3. Legal basis, factual basis, relevant evidences and evidence source；
4. 提出异议的日期。

(三) 异议文件应当署名，由法定代表人或单位负责人或经其正式授权的代表签字并加盖单位公章。如境外参赛单位无印章的，可以单位负责人或经其正式授权的代表书面签字为准。
(III) The objection letter should be duly signed by the legal representative, principal or officially authorized representative and affixed with official stamp. For the overseas companies without official stamp, the signature of the principal or the officially authorized representative should prevail.
(四) 异议单位需对异议内容的真实性承担责任，异议内容不得含有虚假、恶意成份。依照谁主张谁举证的原则，提出异议者必须同时提交相关确凿的证据材料和注明证据的确切来源，证据来源必须合法。组织代理单位有权将异议文件转发异议事项各关联方，请其做出解释说明。
(IV) The company raising the objection should be responsible for the authenticity of the objection, which should not be false or malicious. In the principle that he who asserts must prove, the company raising the objection must provide the valid evidence and the exact and legal evidence source. The Organizing Agent is entitled to forward the objection document to the parties concerned to make further explanation.
五、针对最终入选单位数量增加的说明
ⅴ. Instructions
原公告中，原5家入围设计机构，现调整为8家入围设计机构。最终奖项设置调整为：
In the original announcement，We should collect 5 enclosing design agencies, and now 9 contestants are shortlisted . We finally adjusted the bonus set:
一等奖（1名），奖金人民币50万元，中选方案的设计机构将与征集人另行签定与本项目总体设计概念方案深化服务及其它设计咨询服务相关事项的协议，中选人本次奖金也将在总体设计费中进行抵扣；
1. The platinum winners may win a bonus of RMB 500,000,However which would be considered as a deductible consideration in an agreement signed separately with the organizer regarding to consequential services related to the master design concept of the project and other design consulting services.
二等奖（2名），奖金分别为人民币30万元；
2. Gold prize (two winners), RMB 300,000 for each；
三等奖（6名），奖金分别为人民币10万元。
3. Silver prize (six winners) RMB 100,000 for each.
