The programing of the park may have stronger influece on the city life than its design concept .

If you only want to talk about the visual effect- the south entry plaza is reallyexciting. But I felt that it is the "exciting" simply about the form of the space rather than the 横断程序. And the other sides ... well, maybe you would not even notice it when you are in the street.

Except for the canal part on the left, which has been there before the park, I supposed.
