我现在已经基本确定是Cardiff了，是Urban Planning, 一年的。还承受得起。

有位在Cardiff-City and Regional Planning 读博士的再给我的信中写道：卡地夫大学这几年在英国的大学排名上一直在提高，最近的排名达到第6- 7名。当然排名方法不一样。我个人认为大学的好坏可根据本地学生的多少来确定，本地学生越多说明大学质量越好，越为英国社会所承认。否则英国本地的大学生毕业后找不到工作，或好工作。卡迪夫大学的英国本地学生占80%以上。另外该大学的城市与区域规划系是英国最好的规划系，已数次在评比中保持5*级的地位，即国际水平。
该系与中国城市规划设计研究院有长期的合作关系，中规院作为中国最高等级的规划设计部门在国际合作中重来不与贰流机构合作。Liverpoor是座老规划专业，但这几年情况非常不好。基本没多少英国的学生。Newcastlehai还可以但在英国的排名低于卡迪夫。2003年的学费是7500英镑。生活费将根据每个人的情况而不同，我个人认为，若自己做饭，伙食费每月在50-70英镑足够。住大学宿舍一年约2500英镑左右，建议你上网根据你个人的喜好选择。外面私人租房，6-7人一座、每人一间，公用厨房厕所，每月约100-150英镑(但不包括水电，煤气等，大学宿舍包含所有费用，并有人做清洁卫生)。
