注册通过率大约在10%左右，年年考的话，多数人都能考过，5年就大不一样，因为每年的压力大了不少，那时候能过的大约1/3吧，改8年至少得到2/3。

说的很有道理，这个注册证以后就会和美国等其他国家接轨，是准入的上岗证了。其实注册建筑师考试的弊端就是太注重考试，而忽略了实践的重要和累积，很多报考人在初次考试时填写的实践资料都不是真实的，而且审批考试资格的程序又几乎空白，这就造成了很多注册建筑师的高分低能现象。更夸张的是一些毫无建筑设计实践的结构或其他专业也通过考试。中国现在建筑设计质量有问题，这个大家都承认，与其注册建筑师考试制度有很大联系。一方之言，说错了还请见谅。
