      我们是官僚主义，又不是不知道。 注册建筑师，是住建部，和人事部，两个部门管的。 因为，发布成绩，就已经牵涉到通过率了。因为像方案，是很难通过调整分数线，来控制通过率的。 所以，成绩发布，可能要部级领导签字的。大领导签字,不代表领导一定要过问此事,但是程序. 又是住建部，人事部，两家人家管的事情。
