The EGS has now launched two groundbreaking new programs for architects and designers: Digital Design Architecture and Urbanism We are delighted that we have managed to attract such a distinguished list of instructors for these new programs, including Alisa Andrasek, Philip Beesley, Ben Bratton, Mark Burry, Keller Easterling, John Frazer, Rem Koolhaas, Sanford Kwinter, Metahaven, Achim Menges, Casey Reas, Francois Roche and Patrik Schumacher. The attraction of these programs is that they offer a relatively low cost PhD program that requires attendance for just 3 weeks of residential workshops in Switzerland in June each year. This means that students can maintain their academic or practice-based jobs elsewhere while registered as a PhD student.
