We are seeking qualified applicants to be located in our Shanghai office to fill the following positions: Civil Engineer Requirements: · University degree or above in Civil Engineering · Min. 5-7 years' experience in civil design in semiconductor, pharmaceutical or building industries · Industrial Park Maser Planning experience and Landscape design experience a plus · Proficient in Auto CAD · Good command of English and communication skills Responsibilities: · Responsibility for developing own clients and technical areas and subfields. · Receives direct supervision and guidance on unusual or controversial problems. · Makes independent technical judgment on details. · Requires some originality and considerable judgment in independent evaluation selection and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, etc. Planner/Landscape Architect Requirements: · Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture from accredited college or university · 2 – 4 years experience and strong desire to learn the landscape architectural business · Must have excellent communications skills to deal with other architectural/engineering disciplines and clients · Good command of English · Must be proficient in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Land Development, Microsoft Word, and Excel Responsibilities: · Site and landscape planning · Preparing exhibits for both design work and client presentations · Development of master plans · Design and drafting of construction documents Auto CAD Drafter Requirement: · Relevant university degree or diploma in Engineering · Min. 3 years of experience in Auto CAD R14 · MEP design capabilities a plus · Communication skills in English Responsibilities: · Producing drawing submissions · Be competent in drawing shop drawings with full dimensions · Draw isometrics and spool PID's.
