We are currently seeking candidates to support the following positions in our new and rapidly expanding Shanghai office. Senior Project Architects: To assist the management and detailed documents stages of a diverse range of PRC projects. Candidates are required to have a minimum 5 years postgraduate experience, AutoCAD skilled with working knowledge of planning / building regulations. Landscape Architects: With 5 years’ postgraduate experience with strong graphic and communication ability to undertake the detailed design and documentation stages of projects in PRC. Interior Designers: With a minimum of 3 – 5 years project experience in PRC to undertake the detailed design and documentation stages of various hospitality projects. CADD Draftsmen: Experienced cadd draftsmen sought for diverse range of architectural, landscape and interior projects. Experience in microstation an advantage however preference given to candidates with documentation capabilities. Marketing Assistant: Required to undertake market research and co – ordination of marketing / presentation material in PageMaker and PowerPoint format. Understanding of written and spoken English, and Mandarin essential with knowledge of property market and development process. All candidates are to be fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin.
