美国USAE建筑工程咨询（上海）有限公司诚聘美国USAE建筑工程咨询（上海）有限公司（美国公司名称“USAE ALLIANCE LLC”），是由“SSFM International（简称SSFM）”在中国投资，面向中国市场的美国建筑工程顾问联合公司。公司总部 SSFM，成立于1959年，位于美国夏威夷檀香山市(www.ssfm.com.)，主要为夏威夷州和太平洋地区业主的资本项目提供高效的项目运作和解决方案。 2008年以来，USAE公司致力于开拓中国城市规划与建筑设计领域的市场，已经参与并完成了若干设计作品。 建筑设计师职位要求：（两名） 1. 建筑学专业本科以上毕业，国内甲级设计院5年以上工作经验；精通国家规范；有项目经理经验者优先； 2. 英语四级以上(或口语流利)； 3. 熟练运用相关专业软件如Auto CAD, PhotoShop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator, Microsoft Office等； 4. 具备很强责任心，具有良好的团队协作精神、良好的沟通能力和服务意识； 5. 为人诚实正派，乐观。 Requirement of the Architecture Position( Two Vacancies): 1. Bachelor Degree above in Architecture, Minimum 5 years working experiences in large design institute in China, familiar at Architecture Criterions; with experience of Project Manage is preferred; 2. CET-4 or above ( or Good Oral English) 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator, Microsoft Office and other architectural related software; 4. Strong responsibility, good teamwork spirit and communication skill, service awareness; 5.
