Founded in Apr., 2003, the firm is presently qualified as a “National Class One Design Firm”. Our firm is now comprised of nearly 110 staff, including eight National Grade A registered architects. For our office employment opportunities, check on the details below. 招聘职位如下： 1、主任建筑师：3-4人 要求： a.性别不限，建筑/城市规划专业本科及以上学历； b.5年以上知名设计院建筑设计工作经验，曾独立负责大型设计项目。 c.熟悉最新全国建筑设计规范，有能力安排带领团队完成大、中型项。 d.有出色的方案创作能力； e. 工作认真细致，有浓厚的专业兴趣，富于团队协作精神。 f.高级职称或一级执业注册建筑师优先考虑。 g.年薪20万以上，具体面议。 h.国籍不限，外籍人员要求较强的方案能力 以上其他条件以面谈为准 1、Principal Architect: (3-4 person are needed) a. Have bachelor degree in Architecture/Urban planning or higher； b. Have 5+ years experience in Architect Design with proficiency in the famous design offices, can in charge of the large scale projects; c. Know well with the national architecture standards, can arrange large scale projects with other staff； d. Excellent conceptual design; e. Good work ethic, are responsible； f. Senior title or Class One registered architect would be considered first； g. Salary would be 200，000+rmb/year； h. Various nationalities are available. Strong conceptual design is required especially for foreigner. All above is negotiable. 2、高级室内设计师（2~3名） Senior Interior Designer: (2-3 person are needed) 职位要求： Requirement： a、大型装饰公司或专业室内设计机构从业8年以上； b、具有极强的方案构思、深化设计能力，了解施工图 c、主持设计大中型公建项目三到五次，有四、五星级酒店设计经验佳； d、有较强的项目管理及沟通能力； e、有获奖情况者尤佳； f、年薪20万以上，具体面议。 g. 国籍不限，外籍人员要求较强的方案能力 以上其他条件以面谈为准 a. Have 8+ years experience in Interior Design with proficiency; b. Talented professionals in concept design、design development, and know well with working drawings c. Experience in taking charge of large public projects or luxury hotels would be an advantage; d. Good project management and effective communication skills are essential; e. Awarded would be an added advantage; f、Salary would be 200，000+rmb/year。 g. Various nationalities are available. Strong conceptual design is required especially for foreigner.
