Project Coordinator

In cooperation with the Creative Director, the Project Coordinator defines the structure of new projects by setting up schedules, teams, tasks and responsibilities. He/She defines goals and objectives in line with the company’s vision and values, and communicates the project structures to the teams and other departments in the office.

The Project Coordinator guides, controls and monitors all ongoing projects, by making processes and decisions transparent and available to all team members and departments. Risks and challenges must be identified, and solutions provided in time. The Project Coordinator cooperates closely with the Creative Director and Managing Director. An assistant will assist him/her for daily tasks and bi-lingual communication.

The primary challenge of the project coordination is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while honoring the preconceived project constraints. Within the design department, the PC team coordinates between the different project and design teams (architecture, urban design, landscape design, interior design, engineering and 3D visualization).

Project Coordinator Assistant

The Project Coordinator Assistant is responsible to provide administrative support, on a one-to-one basis. Assist Project Coordinator to make the best use of his/her time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks. The Project Coordinator Assistant does handle the information management, and supports the Project Coordinator in communication and coordination between teams and departments.

Graphics Designer

The Graphics Designer is part of our marketing team. To apply and further develop the logon corporate identity inside the office and towards the outside is the key responsibility. This applies to all marketing and external materials like books, brochures, presentation and websites, as well as to internal documents such as intranet, communication papers, templates and office applications.

Assistant to Architect Project Manager

Architects Assistant are required to design and detail commercial projects infrastructure projects and institutional interiors. They assist our architects to communicate with internal and external design teams. He/She should also be able to develop ideas, prepare designs and drawings as well as make working models. Part of their responsibilities include taking meeting minutes and prepare texts and files, compile data and perform computations to support our architects.

Senior Architect

The Senior Architect manages, organizes and coordinates project teams and team assignments to complete architectural projects, is responsible for ensuring that production of construction documents are in line with design intent, and is responsible for project schedules and budgets. He/she resolves complex technical/design issues and provides guidance to the team. The senior architect coordinates activity and communication between project team and other disciplines and is proficient at translating clients’ functional and spatial requirements for structures into feasible design solutions, preliminary sketches, working drawings, architectural details for concept design presentations and presentation packages. He/she reports to the Creative Director.

Project Architect

The Project Architect acts as a main designer in the project team and works independently to complete assigned tasks. Primary duties will be competition designs, generating schematic and design development documents. The Project Architect is able to develop technical/design issues independently, guided by the Project Manager. As a part of the project team, be involved from preliminary design sketches, working models up to creating texts and presentations.

The Technical Architect acts as a main construction designer in the project team and works independently to complete assigned tasks. Primary duties include the completion of sd, dd and cd documents independently. The focus of the technical architect is to translate our firm’s concepts and ideas into technical solutions and ensure government approvals.

资深建筑师
