Intermediate Level Project Architect Seeking architects with 5-10 years of professional experience who have strong technical skills. All candidates should have experience with large, commercial mixed-use projects. Good communication, leadership and management skills are essential. Responsibilities primarily include implementing design concepts in the production of architectural documentation. Project architects will also be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating activities with consultants, and handling building code analysis, submittal reviews. Individuals will work closely with the senior project designer on each assignment to assure that the design intent is achieved in the completed project. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe programs, and BIM/Revit experience is a plus. Licensure and LEED accreditation are preferred. Previous experience with high-rise office, hotel, residential and/or mixed-use projects is helpful. Entry Level Architect Seeking architects with 0-4 years of professional experience. Candidates must be proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max and other related 3D computer skills. Have good verbal and written language skills.
