Announcement on the Prequalification Result of the International Bidding of the Architectural Design for the New Ocean World & High-End Full-Service Hotel of Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen
2017年12月2日，由深圳市特发集团有限公司组织的《深圳市小梅沙新海洋世界及高端全功能服务酒店建筑方案设计国际招标》资格预审会在深圳市福田区召开。会议邀请了建筑、规划等专业背景的5位专家组成专家评审委员会，对报名机构提交的报名资料进行了认真审阅、讨论和评审并进行了记名投票。根据现场得票统计结果，确定了6家入围设计机构和2家备选设计机构（含联合体，下同）分别如下：
On Dec. 2nd, 2017, the Prequalification Meeting of the International Bidding of the Architectural Design for the New Ocean World & High-End Full-Service Hotel of Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen, organized by Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Development Group Co., Ltd., was held in Futian District, Shenzhen. The jury panel was constituted by five experts from areas of architectural design, urban planning, and ect. The jury panel read and carried out discussion and evaluation on all the application documents submitted by registered design firms. According to the disclosed voting result, six shortlisted and two alternative design firms (including consortiums, similarly hereinafter) are as follows:

对入围的6家设计机构，我方将发出《编制概念方案设计成果邀请函》，并于2017年12月18日统一组织现场踏勘及答疑。
We will issue the Invitation to Draft the Concept Scheme to the shortlisted six firms. Furthermore, we will organize the Site Visit & Q&A meeting on Dec. 18th, 2017.
已报名但未获得《编制概念方案设计成果邀请函》的设计机构可自费参与概念方案设计，如想参与下一阶段的概念方案设计须于北京时间2017年12月11日12:00前将《参与确认书》（详见附件）发送到我方联系邮箱：xiaomeisha2017@qq.com，以此确认参与下一阶段概念方案设计。其提交的概念方案设计成果也可参加评审，除不能获得设计成本费外，与受邀机构有同等机会获得设计委托。
Those registered design firms that fail to receive the Invitation to Draft the Concept Scheme can draft the concept schemes on their cost. If those design firms would like to take part in it, they shall send the Acknowledgement of Participation (see the Appendix) to xiaomeisha2017@qq.com to confirm their participation to the next stage before 12:00, Dec. 11th, 2017. Their submitted concept schemes can also be presented for review and evaluation； moreover, such design firms will enjoy equal opportunities as the invited design firms to get the design commission from the Organizer except that no design compensation is paid to cover the cost of the concept schemes.
