Perkins Eastman Architects PC, is now interviewing for the positions of Junior Architect and Senior Architect for their Shanghai Office. Junior Architect 初级建筑师 学历: 建筑学学士或硕士学位 Education: Bachelors or Masters in Architecture 工作经验: 1至3年 Experience: 1-3 years 建筑设计师: 熟练操作Autocadd和其他三维软件，具备画图及建筑文本制作能力。具备中文和英语双语语言能力者优先。 Architect: Experience with Autocadd and 3D software for graphic presentation and documentation of building projects required. Mandarin/English skills preferred. Senior Architect 资深建筑师 学历: 建筑学学士，至少5年工作经验；硕士学位优先。 Education: Bachelor Degree, Minimum 5 years working experience; Masters in Architecture Preferred. 工作经验: 5至10年 Experience: 5-10 years 职位要求：有大型商业/综合项目和学术性建筑项目的设计经验。 具有团队领导能力，具备画图和技术协调能力，与美国设计团队能用口头语及书面语言的进行联系沟通。具备中文和英语双语语言能力。精通本地设计规范和建筑惯用做法并且有国际公司工作经验者优先考虑。 Senior Architect: Experience in large-scale, commercial/mix-use and institutional design. Requirements include team leadership, graphic presentation and technical coordination, liaison with U.S. design team, verbal and written skills. Knowledge of local codes and construction practices preferred. Mandarin/English skills required.
